• Rental Policy and Information

    Please review the policy for renting The Self Care Focus to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings after you book. Failure to comply will result in termination of your booking and there is no refund.

    Pricing

    The Self Care Focus gathering space is available for $75 an hour with a 2 hour minimum booking. If additional time is needed, please use the add on option if booking online.

     

    You can also book for the day (8 hrs maximum) for a fee of $525

     

    If you would like to book multiple days at a time or week at a time, please email info@theselfcarefocus.com so that we can discuss your needs.

    All reservations under 4 hours must be paid in full. If you are looking to book over 4 hours and would like to make a deposit to hold your time slot, please email us at info@theselfcarefocus.com for further instructions.

    There are no refunds however, you may reschedule your reservation by emailing us at info@theselfcarefocus.com

     

    Once you have completed your rental booking, you will receive an email confirming your date and payment.

     

    Venue Capacity

    Depending on the event you are hosting, the space can accommodate up to 40 people standing and up to 30 seated. We have tables and chairs that can be used as needed.

    Amenities

    • Additional tables and folding chairs are available for additional seating and the type of event you may be hosting. We can set that up for you in advance.
    • Outside catering is allowed
    • WiFi is available

    General Rules

    • Please do not remove any furniture from the space. You may move things around to fit your event needs however, please place furniture and any other items moved back as you originally found them.
    • Please do not stand on furniture or place feet on tables
    • Do not use any tape or nails on the wall or any type of glitter decor
    • There are no pets allowed
    • Please keep noise to a comfortable level. Loud music is not allowed
    • There is strictly no smoking, vaping, candle or incense burning allowed

    Cleaning

    • Please clean up before you leave and place all trash in the trash can provided
    • Please make sure all furniture and other items are placed back in their original location
    • Any stains or marks left on the furniture or any damage done will result in additional fees for cleaning and/or replacement
    • Any trash left once you leave will result in forfeiting your deposit
    • If furniture is not placed back in its original location, it will result in forfeiting your deposit
